B4WP36 as the query. The top line indicates secondary structure as found in
M. infernorum Hb I (PDB ID 3S1I, Teh et al., 2011 ), the closest homologue with available
three-dimensional structure. M. infernorum is a bacterium of the Verrucomicrobia group.
Residues in bold are at positions B10, E7 and F8, as numbered by structural homology to
