Singapore

• 95% of businesses that obtained informa-

tion from the Government did so electroni-
cally (via the Internet, automated kiosks,
email, telephone via the Interactive Voice
Recognition System, SMS, etc.), at least
once in the past 12 months.

In a recent survey of businesses (IDA, 2007) on
the effectiveness of the government's policy on
Singapore, it was found that:

• 76% of businesses obtained informa-

tion from the Government in the past 12
months.

• 74% of businesses that had visited the

EnterpriseOne website were satisfied with
the overall quality of the Government in-
