Close proximity to the theme parks figures prominently in the choice of a hotel.
Harbor Boulevard borders Disneyland Resort on the east, and Katella Avenue runs
along the resort's southern boundary. The closest non-Disney hotels, and the only
ones really within walking distance, are on Harbor Boulevard from just south of I-5
to the north to just south of the intersection of Katella Avenue, and along Katella Av-
enue near Harbor. Farther south on Harbor are some of the best hotels in the area, but
they are a little far removed for commuting to the parks on foot. Additionally, these
