Smart Filters are nondestructive: They can be adjusted, turned off and on,
and deleted at any time. In contrast, regular filters permanently change an
image; once applied, they cannot be removed. A Smart Filter can be ap-
plied only to a Smart Object layer.

The Bloat tool moves pixels away from the center of the brush; the Pucker
tool moves pixels toward the center of the brush.
