Choose Edit > Free Transform, and then position the layer over the nose,
resizing it as necessary. Press Enter or Return to commit the transforma-
tion.
You'll repeat the process to position the rest of the layers.

Make the Green_Neck_Stitches layer visible, and select it. Then move it
over the neck. If you need to adjust it, choose Edit > Free Transform, res-
ize it, and press Enter or Return.
