User Interface : button options
The User Interface button provides not only a way to display or remove
interface components for more screen real estate but also a way to access
theRecent Filesscreen, whichcannot beaccessed from theSwitchWindows
drop-down button until it has been activated by using the User Interface
button.
Menus and Settings
The menus within Revit MEP 2015 offer access to many tools for user
interface settings. Context menus, available by right-clicking an item, also
contain various tools based on the selected item.
Theapplication menu includes options forexporting, printing, opening, and
savingfiles.ThismenualsohasanOptionsbuttonforaccessingsettingsthat
establish the behavior of the interface as well as the location of directories
and files used for working on projects. You access the application menu by
clicking the Revit logo button in the upper-left corner of the user interface.
The Options button is located in the lower-right corner of the menu, as
shown in
Figure 1.46
