Multiple display options for a label within a family
This functionality can also be applied to the linework in your annotation
family. It may be necessary to create a separate annotation family for the
symbol that is to be rotated so that when you insert the families into a
component family, the insertion point will be the same.

an annotation family for a light switch (top) and an annotation family for
a light switch symbol that is to be rotated when inserted into a component
family (bottom).
