The Create New Local option can prevent users from accidentally opening
the central file by automatically creating a local file when they click Open.
This is the easiest way to create a local file. Using this method creates a
local-file copy of the central file in the folder specified in your Revit settings.
The filename will be the same as the central file, with
_
username
added to
the end.
