Rule: Mapping 1:M relationships
For binary 1:M relationships, we have to find what kind of participation constraints the M
side of the relationship has. For binary 1:M relationships, if the M-side has full participa-
tion, include the key of the entity from the 1 side, in the relation on the M side as a foreign
key.
