MOTORBOAT CRUISES

level open-air deck, and you pull up sufficiently close to three tiny coral cays to see into the

SCENIC FLIGHTS

islands and mountains are on large-window scenic helicopter flights: F$417 per person for

resort transfers to an unspecified destination for F$417. You can also buy packages, where
you're dropped off at various islands including Castaway (from F$612).
SURFING
Surfing on the Malolo Barrier Reef is easily accessible from Momi Bay or Uciwai , where
there are two surf-oriented budget resorts for experienced surfers.

Transfers to surfing breaks, surf equipment rental and surf instruction at Natadola Beach or
Sigatoka Sandunes (good for beginners as both breaks are accessible from the beach and

VILLAGE TOURS

The 2hr drive to delightful Navala Village is well worth the effort just to walk amongst
the 200 traditional thatch houses (Mon-Sat 9am-4pm; F$220 includes picnic lunch, min 2
people), but there's also pleasant sightseeing along the way. A shorter half-day tour visits
Nalesutale Village, a 30min drive from Nadi along the Sabeto Valley, with a short forest hike
to a small waterfall and village lunch (Mon-Sat departs 9am & 1pm; F$99 includes lunch).
You can add a therapeutic visit to the Tifajek mud pools and hot springs for F$21 extra. Full-
day tours which take in the Garden of the Sleeping Giant or additional activities like horserid-
