Korovou
The grubby, one-street town of
KOROVOU
forms the intersection of the Tailevu Coast Road
and Kings Road. The southern portion of the Kings Road heads 30km south to Nausori and
on to Suva. The town is essentially a convenient stop for

, with a small market and a
couple of stores.

By bus
Apart from the Sunbeam express bus, several local buses head inland to Vunidawa
and on to Suva.

Ba (7 daily; 4hr); Lautoka (8 daily; 4hr 45min); Suva (14 daily; 1hr 10min);
Rakiraki (9 daily; 2hr 30min); Tavua (9 daily; 3hr 25min).
By minivan
Public minivans beside the road run north to Natovi Landing for F$2, and you
should be able to persuade the driver to continue 40min on to
