Rwanda, not to mention Uganda's own recent past, struck me as bitterly ironic.
'So you're advocating mass genocide?'
'Somebody's got to clear up this mess,' he replied, and after that Boston would brook
no more conversation. It was time, he declared, for some well-earned rest; before dawn,
