The assumption that signal scatter ratios are linearly additive for a small cluster of wind
turbines can be evaluated by examining Figure 9-15. Signals scattered by two and three
large-scale Mod-2 HAWTs operating simultaneously were found to be as strong or stronger
than the sum of the idealized scattered signals from each turbine.
