There's excellent people-watching and even
better eating to be had at this Todd Mall cafe which offers sophisticated dishes and great
coffee. Breakfast is on all day and lunch ranges from a camel panini to a delicious vegan
scrambled tofu. There is a focus on organic ingredients and there are a number of gluten-
free options.

Offering innovative fusion dishes with a focus
on outback cuisine, the menu usually features traditional meats plus locally bred proteins,
such as kangaroo and emu, matched with native herbs: lemon myrtle, pepper berries and
bush tomatoes. The all-day brunch in the courtyard turns out more predictable dishes in-
cluding excellent eggs benedict.
