DON'T MISS
BAROSSA VALLEY WINERIES
The valley is best known for shiraz, with riesling the dominant white. There are
around 80 vineyards here and 60 cellar doors, ranging from boutique wine rooms
to monstrous complexes. The long-established 'Barossa Barons' hold sway − big,
ballsy and brassy − while spritely young boutique wineries are harder to sniff out.
