Eating in Trim
A country-market town, Trim offers basic meat-and-potatoes lunch and dinner options.

Street are friendly, wholesome, and unassuming (soup-and-sandwich delis close at 17:30).
Franzini's is the only place in town with a fun dinner menu and enough business to
make it work. They serve pasta, steak, fish, and good salads in a modern, candlelit ambien-
ce. Nothing's Irish except the waiters (€15-24 dishes, €20 two-course or €25 three-course
early-bird dinners before 19:30, Mon-Sat 17:00-22:00, Sun 13:00-21:00, French's Lane
across from the castle parking lot, tel. 046/943-1002).
Marigold fits the bill if you're in the mood for Chinese food (Mon-Sat 17:00-23:00,

The Castle Arch Hotel, popular with locals, serves hearty pub grub at reasonable
