pound, the outdoor Jaipur overlooks a waterfall in the natural-rock eco-
swimming pool. For extra romance, ask for one of the tables perched on the
rocks. You can watch your meal being prepared in the open kitchen by
chefs wearing crisp white hats and jackets. Try the grilled fresh fish or
Indian tandoori specialties at dinner. Snacks are served pool-side from
noon until 6 pm.

Located adjacent to the Indian Marble Garden of this village complex, the
restaurant gets its name from the collection of astrolabs (also spelled
astrolabes) displayed there. An astrolabe was an early astronomical
instrument used by scientists to observe the heavens and calculate time as
it relates to the planets and stars. Dine indoors or al fresco on perfectly
prepared beef and seafood specialties. The wine cellar holds a wide range
of international vintages.
