Could there be anything more decadent
than lying pool-side on a cushy lounge
chair in the warm Caribbean sun? Add to
that being spritzed with cool water by a
friendly attendant while nibbling fresh
fruit from a wooden skewer. Life doesn't
get any better than at the Wyndham.
Large rooms in the 18-story tower are
freshly decorated, and views from upper-
floor balconies are spectacular. Good res-
taurants, a children's program, and every
imaginable amenity guarantee a perfect vacation.

As one of a dozen Divi Resorts on six Caribbean islands, including five on
Aruba and one on Bonaire, this property offers studio, one- and two-
bedroom apartments. The location, at the southern end of the high-rise
district, is excellent, except for occasionally strong winds, and guests have
wonderful views from their large balconies. Ask for one of the 35 villas next
to the 14-floor tower for extra-spacious rooms, an extended balcony, and a
full kitchen. On-site facilities include two pools, a well-equipped fitness
center, all watersports, and a mini-mart for stocking the kitchen.
Low-Rise Resorts
The following resorts line up north-to-south along Eagle, Manchebo, and
Druif Beaches, just south of Palm Beach. Each is no more than five floors
high, and all feature most of the common amenities, while maintaining a
relaxed
ambiance.
