The resort's new 500-room addition
may be complete by the time you
visit, which will make this complex
the biggest resort on the island and
one of the top three in size in the
Caribbean. Even without the addi-
tion, the eight-floor hotel is a mega-
plex of oversized rooms complete with
mini-bars, walk-in closets, balconies,
and double-sinks in the bathrooms.
The only thing you might miss is spa-
ciousness on the over-equipped beach, but it stretches forever to the south,
so you have only to turn left and walk to a piece of sand you can call your
own - or escape under the waterfall in the free-form pool.
The Ocean Club is a six-level every-luxury timeshare development with
one- and two-bedroom suites, each with full kitchen and living/dining
areas. Guests have access to the long list of amenities at the next-door sis-
ter resort, including lighted tennis courts, the Mandara Spa , and
Stellaris Casino .
