Yoga Luang Prabang Yoga ( luangprabangyoga.org ) is a cooperative of yoga teachers who
run a variety of classes in some of the city's most attractive locations. The current schedule
includes a 1hr session most mornings at Utopia (Mon-Sat 7.30am; 30,000K), while evening
classes alternate between Utopia and Ock Pop Tok .

Excursions from Luang Prabang
Once you've exhausted Luang Prabang's many monasteries and temples, you'll still find
many more attractions in the surrounding countryside. All can be visited as a half-day trip -
either by a tour through a travel agent or by chartering a tuk-tuk or boat for the trip - though
if you're feeling energetic you could also tackle some of them by bike. North along the Nam
Khan River, the popular PakOucaves trip is worth considering if you haven't had a chance
to travel the Mekong by boat, though for most travellers the caves' appeal is trumped by the
picturesque waterfalls of Tad Se (east of the city) and Kuang Si (south), both of which are
lovely spots for a picnic and splashing around in turquoise waters. Just a few kilometres east
of Luang Prabang, en route to Tad Se, there are a few low-key attractions around the village
of Ban Phanom , which can easily be covered by road bike. Finally, Luang Prabang's gor-
geous hinterland has almost limitless possibilities for trekking, kayaking, mountain biking
and other outdoor activities. Travel agents often combine one or more of these (see Luang
Prabang activities and tours ) with a trip to one of the hugely popular elephant camps near
town.
