and Optimizer administration skills are valuable. SAP SCM integration with ERP is
an important skill as well.
• SAP CRM Skills SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with specific
CRM middleware setup and administration experience is valuable.
• uPerform Skills uPerform is the leading SAP training third-party software integrated
into SAP systems. More organizations are using uPerform for their end-user training
needs; therefore, uPerform administration skills are valuable.
• SAP Database Administration Skills SAP developed database management tools
such as BRTOOLS and recommends their use instead of native database management
tools. One of the main reasons for this is the tools are “application aware” and some
degree of automation is built into them. Since this set of tools is SAP proprietary, a re-
