After continuing to execute the upgrade roadmap steps by entering the requested inform-
ation and clicking Next, the system will enter into the downtime step. The following illus-
tration shows a sample error during this step. The error logs are written in the log sub-direct-
ory of the upgrade directory. In this particular case, the message server internal port number
was an issue, causing the system not to start toward the end of the downtime roadmap step.
Changing the profile parameter value of j2ee/ms/port =3901 and restarting the upgrade
helped resolve the issue.
