Keys and Requests
If a developer or configuration resource has to change the SAP standard code or settings,
SAP requires a developer key in addition to access keys. The developer key is issued by
SAP for an individual developer user account, and access keys are issued for the develop-
ment object that needs to be changed. The developer keys and access key sections of SAP
Service Marketplace can be accessed at http://service.sap.com/sscr. The following illustra-
tion shows the initial screen for requesting a developer and access keys from SAP.
