Service Connections
SAP service connections are secure network connections between SAP and customer data
centers. Sometimes, SAP needs to log in to customer systems to help resolve an issue and
requests a service connection to the system. You can use the URL https://websmp102.sap-
ag.de/serviceconnection to find the right system and open the service connection.

shows the initial screen for maintaining service connections.
