Most bars serve
spritzers
- wine mixed with soda water - on request and increasingly you
can see them on menus too. Given the quality of the wine in cheaper wine bars, it is a much
nicer way to drink it, and very thirst-quenching. A popular drink among the younger gen-
eration is
