has been paid somewhere in the EU and the goods are for personal consumption.
Duty-free shopping is available only if you are leaving the EU.
Duty-free allowances (for adults) coming from non-EU countries:

» 1L spirits
» 2L wine
» 50ml perfume
» 250ml eau de toilette
» other goods up to the value of €175 (€90 for under 15s)
