Air
Lyon-St-Exupéry Airport ( 08 26 80 08 26; www.lyon.aeroport.fr ; ) Located 25km
east of the city, serving 120 direct destinations across Europe and beyond, including many
budget carriers.
Train
Lyon has two main-line train stations: Gare de la Part-Dieu ( Part-Dieu) , 1.5km
east of the Rhône, and Gare de Perrache ( Perrache) . Some local trains stop at
Gare St-Paul ( Vieux Lyon) and Gare Jean Macé ( Jean Mace) . Buy tickets at
the stations or at the SNCF Boutique (2 place Bellecour, 2e;
Bellecour) .

Dijon €30.20, two hours, at least 12 daily

Getting Around
To/From the Airport
The Rhonexpress ( 04 72 68 72 17; www.rhonexpress.fr , in French) tramway links
the airport with the Part-Dieu train station in under 30 minutes. Trams depart ap-
proximately every 15 minutes between 6am and 9.30pm, and every 30 minutes
from 5am to 6am and 9.30pm to midnight. One-way tickets cost €13/free per adult/
child (kids over 12 years of age pay €11).
