to 2am; 30 to 40 minutes to the centre.
Taxis - €25 to €35; 20 minutes to the city centre, longer during peak hour.
» Aeroport del Prat, Barcelona
Buses - To the centre of Barcelona (€5) every six to 15 minutes from 6.05am to
1.05am; 30 to 40 minutes to the centre.
Trains - To the city centre (€3) from 6.08am to 11.38pm; 35 minutes into town.
Taxis - €20 to €25; 30 minutes.
Getting Around
» Air Numerous internal flights, including with low-cost companies; some flights
require a change in Madrid or Barcelona.
» Bus Private companies cover the whole country, more cheaply and more slowly
than trains, often going where the rails don't.
» Train Extensive and extremely modern network with the high-speed AVE trains
connecting Madrid with many cities in around two hours.
