Seville's Aeropuerto San Pablo ( 24hr) has a fair range of international and do-
mestic flights. Iberia ( www.iberia.com ) flies direct to Barcelona, Madrid and half a
dozen other Spanish cities, as well as to London and Paris. Spanair
( www.spanair.com ) also flies to Madrid and, along with Air Europa ( www.air-
europa.com ) and Vueling ( www.vueling.com ) , to Barcelona. Vueling also flies to
Paris, Rome, Amsterdam and Brussels.
Bus
From the Estación de Autobuses Prado de San Sebastián (Plaza San Sebastián)
, there are 12 or more buses daily to/from Cádiz (€11.50, 1¾ hours), Córdoba (€10,
two hours), Granada (€19, 3½ hours), Jerez de la Frontera (€8, 1¼ hours), Ronda
(€11, 2½ hours, five or more daily) and Málaga (€15.75, 2¾ hours).
From the Estación de Autobuses Plaza de Armas (Avenida del Cristo de la Ex-
piración) , destinations include Madrid (€18.65, six hours, 14 daily), El Rocío (€5.10,
1½ hours, three to five daily), Cáceres (€15, four hours, six daily) and northwestern
Spain. This is also the station for buses to Portugal.
Train
The modern, efficient Estación de Santa Justa (Avenida Kansas City) is 1.5km
northeast of the city centre. There's also a city-centre Renfe ticket office (Calle
Zaragoza 29) .
Twenty or more superfast AVE trains, reaching speeds of 280km/h, whiz daily to/
from Madrid (€80.70, 2½ hours).
Getting Around
To/From the Airport
The airport is 7km east of the city centre on the A4 Córdoba road. Los Amarillos
( www.losamarillos.es ) runs buses between the airport and the Avenida del Cid near
the San Sebastián bus station (€2.20 to €2.50, half-hourly 5.45am-00.45am; less
frequent on Sundays). A taxi costs about €20.
