Parque Nacional de Doñana
The wild wetlands of the Parque Nacional de Doñana ( Click here ), the most celeb-
rated protected area in Spain, are where flocks of flamingos tinge the sky pink and
the elusive lynx slinks ever closer to extinction. On the fringes of the national park
sits the Wild West village of El Rocío, scene of a fabulous annual pilgrimage.
