cess of his flagship Las Rejas restaurant in nearby Las Pedroñeras, celebrated chef
Manuel de la Osa has opened up this superb restaurant. Osa creates unique dishes
using traditional local ingredients, like red partridge salad with butter beans and
oyster mushrooms.

Getting There & Away
The train and bus stations are located almost across from each other, southwest of
Calle de Fermin Caballero.
BUS Services include up to seven buses daily to Madrid (€13.48, two hours).
TRAIN Trains to Madrid's Atocha station (€11.75, 2½ hours) depart six times a day
on weekdays and four times a day on weekends.
