Figure 5-12 shows the location of the Z-Axis Nut Mount. Part N will hold the anti-backlash nut for
the Z-Axis threaded rod. This part will need to be cut as precisely as possible since you will not want this
part to rub against the Z-axis rails or rail support and restrict motion.

■ Note We'll talk about anti-backlash later in the topic. For now, all you need to know is the nut will prevent

inaccuracies in the printing caused by changes in direction of the threaded rod.
