Figure 5-4 shows the location of the Table Bearing Supports. Parts I and J allow the Table (Part C) to
move back and forth. The Table contains a set of rails that will move back and forth between Parts I and J
(one on each side of the table). This will be possible since the Parts I and J will contain v-groove bearings
that keep the table rails moving along a single path.
Note You'll noticed two long threaded rods in Figure 5-4 (a threaded rod is a continuous rod that is threaded
like a screw). The threaded rods keep the bearings tight against the table rails when the rod is snugly tensioned
(more on using tension rods in Chapter 13).
