X-Axis Motor Mount - Part E
The next part to cut is the X-Axis Motor Mount. Its dimensions are 2-5/8” x 5-7/16” and it should be
labeled Part E.

■ Note We want to offer a quick reminder when cutting out these parts: do your best to cut them as close to the

required dimensions as possible. The 3D printer is a small machine, and every part you'll be cutting is touching
one or more other pieces. You want to make certain that the pieces do not rub or interfere with other parts. The
best way to do this is to check your measurements before cutting and make cuts as accurate as possible.

Figure 4-8 shows Part E cut out. It's another small piece, so check to see if you can cut it from a
waste piece left over from cutting parts A, B, or C.
