Next, remove the two 2-1/2" machine screws you used to attach Part S to Part Q; they were
temporary, and will be replaced by three 3" machine screws from the Z-axis Rail Support.
Modify Z-Axis Rail to Hold Extruder Mechanism
If you attempt to attach the Extruder Mechanism (consisting of Parts P, Q, and S plus Extruder and
motor), you may find that the three machine screws seen in Figure 21-14 are not long enough to allow
for a nut to be added.
