When the Gcode has finished being generated, go to the Control Panel, enter the target temperature
and wait for it to be reached (if you haven't already done so), and then press the Build button shown in
Figure 20-36 and watch the action.

The machine will home itself and pause in that position until the software is confident that the
Extruder is hot enough to get started.
