Note With a soldering iron, you can cut the various Molex wires and add simple wire extensions instead of using
Molex splitters or Molex extensions. Doing so will require a bit more time and care, but it will also reduce wire
clutter immensely. We chose to use Molex splitters because they are easy to find and inexpensive to purchase. If
you don't mind the wire bundles, they are an easy method for providing power. But if wire clutter drives you crazy,
you may want to investigate simply cutting the wires to a Molex connector and soldering in the needed lengths of
wire (covered with electrical tape or shrink tubing) to reach a component instead of using splitters.
