■ Note If the threaded tension rod inserted between the two sides sticks out too far, you'll need to trim it so that

the Arduino Mega can be properly mounted using all four corner holes. When the motherboard is placed back on
the Arduino Mega, you want to make certain that no part of it is touching the metal threaded rod or the nut.

Remove the motherboard and place the Mega against the side of the 3D printer and mark where to
drill four pilot holes, as shown in Figure 16-4.
