The plastic filament that will be melted and applied to the 3D printer's worktable will be fed into the
Extruder through the tight space between serrated collar and bearing. The serrated edges will help
“grab” the filament and feed it into the heater core.
Figure 15-10 shows the mechanism so far; next, you'll attach the actual Extruder.
