In the heart of the old Jewish quarter, Zoen is a tiny shop selling finely crafted leather goods

Set on boutique-lined d'Avinyó, Soda is equal parts clothing shop and nightspot. Stop by in
the day for stylish dresses, blouses and shoes that draw both a local and foreign hipster
crowd. By night, Soda lets down her hair, with a low-lit bar in back where thirsty shopping
companions can enjoy a glass or two. Soda also hosts occasional DJ nights where a party at-
mosphere prevails.

This fragrant little shop sells handcrafted soaps of all sizes. Varieties like fig, cinnamon,
grapefruit and chocolate smell good enough to eat, while sandalwood, magnolia, mint, cedar
and jasmine add spice to any sink or bathtub.

A nonprofit arts organisation runs this small store and gallery space, which exhibits wild
designs from artists near and far. Works change regularly, but you might find sculptures,
jewellery, handbags and other accessories made from recycled products, as well as mixed-
