Spectator Sports
When it comes to recreation, one cannot forget that Laramie is a college town and some-
what fanatical about its football. Attending a Wyoming Cowboys game at War Memorial
Stadium (E. Grand Ave and N. 22nd St.) is a true Wyoming experience. It's likely the only
place in Wyoming you'll ever feel crowded. For schedule and tickets, contact the Athletic
Ticket Office (877/996-3261, www.wyomingathletics.com ) .
Perhaps small beans compared to the Cowboys, collegiate baseball is played at Cowboy
Field (2623 Willet Dr., just east of War Memorial Stadium). In 2014, the Laramie Colts
began transitioning to the Rocky Mountain Baseball League.
