cluding 2-hour rides ($65), 4-hour rides with lunch ($125), and full-day wilderness rides

Golf
There are two golf courses in the vicinity of Sheridan. The Powder Horn Golf Commu-

for 18 holes including a cart, rates vary seasonally) offers a nationally recognized and
semiprivate 27-hole course with three distinct nines, one of which is modeled after St.

674-8148, $46 for 18 holes and cart) offers 18 holes with discounts for families and twilight
play.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Sheridan has a broad assortment of roadside hotels and motels. The most unique is probably
the M Mill Inn (2161 Coffeen Ave., 307/672-6401 or 888/357-6455,

National Register of Historic Places. The modern rooms are standard and comfortable.
Among the best budget-friendly options in town is the Super Saver Inn (1789 N. Main

clean and very basic, offering microwaves, coffeemakers, refrigerators, free Wi-Fi, and a
