MONTANA STATE FAIR
The Montana State Fair (Montana ExpoPark, 400 3rd St. NW, 406/727-8900,
www.montanastatefair.com ) takes place in Great Falls around the last week in July. It is
one of Montana's largest parties and a true celebration of the state's unique history and cul-
ture. It includes a five-day rodeo (the largest in the state), horse racing, carnival rides, and
big-name entertainment at the Montana ExpoPark. There are more than 250 vendor booths
selling arts, crafts, clothes, music, and plenty of food as well as local, national, and interna-
tional exhibits.
