One of the Caribbean's finest restaurants, Koal Keel is an at-

tatoes. Entrées include coconut shrimp, “Drunken Hen”
(Cornish hen baked and blazed with 151 Bacardi) and grilled
crayfish. The wine list here is a veritable book; the restaurant
has its own wine cellar with climate-controlled rooms. You
make all dining decisions at once, including dessert, which is
made to order. Vanilla crème brûlée, mango tarte soufflé and
mango sorbet make the perfect end to a meal. Enjoy a walk
