Besides, in the present work, attention wants to be given to legislation, as well as to a
particular care of the natural resources and to the real possibility of biomass collection. As a
consequence, the following parcels, among those represented in figure 2.2b, have been
discarded:
private properties that could not be included because of the lack of permission from
the owner;
slope greater than 50%;
distance from major roads greater than 100 m ;
areas of bionaturalistic importance;
areas characterized by forest fires and hydro geological risk.
