Heart of Palm Sauce
Ingredients

1 C diced palm hearts
·
1 diced chili
·
1 diced onion
·
1 C shrimp broth
·
1 C whipping cream
·
1 shot of vodka
·
1 T cornstarch mixed with 5 T cold water
Method
1.Sweat onions until translucent.
2.Add chili & cook a few minutes longer.
3.Add palm hearts, shrimp broth & vodka.
4.Slowly stir in the whipping cream & heat until just beginning to boil.
5.Stir in the cornstarch/water mixture & heat slowly, stirring constantly until the sauce
thickens.
