Note
Hide Invert is a great way to refine what
you've got hidden and what you've got
visible.
If you are trying to work closely on your
model's ear and you accidentally hide too
much of your model, you can use Hide Invert
(so you're looking at your currently hidden
geometry). You can then select the polys
you didn't want hidden and then hide them
from this set of hidden geometry. When
you hit Hide Invert again, those polys will
be visible along with the rest of the polys
you originally wanted to be working on.
