The Itty-Bitty Animation

What it is
: The Itty-Bitty Animation Timer
is a utility written in Macromedia's Flash4.
It runs on any platform that supports
Flash4 (Unix, WindowsCE “palm-tops,”
and, of course, Windows and Macintosh). To
use it (if you have Flash4 installed), just
open Animation Timer\AnimationTimer
_v3.html — it will “run” the .swf file in
your default web browser. (If you don't have
Flash installed for your web browser, zip on
over to Macromedia.com.)
What makes this cool
: This animation
timer/time-base conversion utility is not
only versatile and easy to use, but it is so
tiny, it's downright itty-bitty! At 17 KB, it
fits easily on a floppy, USB keychain drive,
or e-mail attachment so you can always
have this cool tool with you.
