Figure 19-24: Create a preview animation.
by increasing the Fix Power for the
Collision object. But we already have a
fair amount of Fix Power on the
ground. In cases like this, jittering typi-
cally means that our calculation
resolution needs to be adjusted. Switch
to the File tab of the HardFX proper-
ties and change Resolution to 20 mm
as shown in Figure 19-23. Then recal-
culate and play back
the results.
14. This looks terrific!
Go ahead and create
a preview animation
by clicking Make
Preview from the
pop-up menu in the
lower-right corner
of the main
interface.
At the default 30 frames
per second, the anima-
tion is much too fast. We
could go back and tweak
our settings all over
again, but that would
ruin the look that we worked so hard to
achieve. Fortunately, there's an easier way.
15. Make sure the Wall object is selected.
Click on the HardFX item in the
Dynamics tab of the Object Properties
panel to bring up its settings. Click on
the File tab. The options here allow
you to save your settings, but they also
allow you to save the actual motion of
Figure 19-25: Save the motion of the bricks.
