We've now completed the upper portion
of the face. You can see that the splines we
created in Steps 26 and 27 are beginning to
form a new edge loop running over the
forehead and down the side of the face.
Unfortunately, the lower part of the face
(consisting primarily of the jaw and lower
lip) has yet to be defined.
We already have splines for the top and
right sides of a new quad cage. In order to
complete the quad cage we started in Steps
26 and 27, we need splines for the bottom
and left sides of the face. There's just one
problem: If you look at the Right viewport,
you can see that the jaw actually runs far-
ther down the side of the face than our
